SUITEHOLDER'S GUIDE
Access
Suiteholder may enter at any entrance they prefer. The closest entrance to suite parking is the suiteholders/media entrance on the Southwest side of the building. However, it is recommended that suiteholders and their guests enter through the VIP entrance, Northwest of the main entrance. This entrance will bring you to Manhattan Point as well as the Suites corridor.
Access for all Rockets' hockey games will begin 1.5 hours prior to the drop of the puck. For all other events, access begins 1.0 hour prior to show time.
If you require earlier access, please contact Suite Services. Please note that early access will not be permitted on concert events until sound checks & rehearsals have been completed by the artist.
For your convenience, your suite door will be unlocked prior to your arrival. Your suite attendant will arrive shortly after your arrival to unlock your in-suite fridge & snack cupboard.
Suiteholders may occupy their suites up to 45 minutes following an event unless otherwise arranged by the Suite Services department.
Policies
1. It is required of all suiteholders that they purchase and maintain an insurance policy in the amount of at least Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00). Providing coverage for fire and comprehensive general liability, including all host liquor liability coverage, covering, without limitation, any suiteholder guest and insuring, subject to such exclusions as RG may accept no matter how arising. Also, tenant’s legal liability coverage in the amount of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) with deductible of not more than $500.00 per incident. Please see your Licence Agreement for more details. A certificate must be provided to the Suite Services Department at least 10 days prior to the commencement of the suite lease term. Please see your Suite License Agreement for detailed specification on the type of coverage. Should the suiteholder fail to obtain insurance coverage, the Suite Services Department may obtain insurance on behalf of the suiteholder for which they will be billed directly and be responsible for paying.
2. Suiteholders shall not bring any food or beverages into Prospera
Place. Prospera Place reserves the right to confiscate any food or beverage not purchased within the arena.
3. Persons under 19 year of age are not permitted in the suite unless accompanied by a supervising adult.
4. It is unlawful for persons under 19 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages.
5. To guarantee easy access, guests should carry their suite ticket with them at all times.
6. Locked refrigerators and cabinets are opened for authorised signees only, unless prior arrangements have been made.
7. If guest wish to leave the suites with a drink Prospera Place asks that the drink be poured into a plastic cup. Also of note, during non-licensed events alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the suite balcony. Prospera Place thanks you for you cooperation.
8. The use of still photography, video cameras or audio recording equipment by suiteholders or their guests to record an event is strictly prohibited. Prospera Place Management reserves the right to confiscate tape or film used in this manner.
9. Suite holders and guests are asked to refrain from throwing any object into the audience, onto the playing surface or onto the stage.
10. Suiteholders shall not restrict access to the suite to Prospera Place Catering Services.
11. Suiteholders are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
12. Prospera is not liable for lost or stolen property. Please report any lost items to the Suites Manager immediately. Found items will be retained at the Suite’s Manager’s office for thirty days, at which time remaining items will be donated to a charitable organisation.
13. Violators of Prospera Place policies may be subject to eviction from the arena and/or prosecution.
14. Public re-sale of tickets is not permitted.
15. Pets are not permitted in Prospera Place with the exception of service animals for the disabled.
16. Prospera Place is a smoke free building. Outside smoking areas are located on the West side of the building on the back half of the Patio area. Smoking in the suite is strictly prohibited.
