Building Rental Rates
Monday - Thursday: $4500 per day*
Friday - Sunday: $6000 per day*
Concerts: $6000 or 12.5% of Gross*
Deposit: $1000 refundable,
$2000 non-refundable to hold date
*plus any additional expenses,
(i.e. Security, Ushers, Cleaners, Set-up...etc.)
