Our in house caterer will provide all catering.

Catering can be provided in one of the prior noted dressing rooms, in our catering room across from the dressing rooms, or an area can be curtained off in our restaurant for the entertainer.

Concert Electrical Usage Fee
• $1,000 per day $1.00 per amp (220 volt)

Electrical Services
• 120 volt, 15 amp circuit: $43.00 per day
Other rates quoted separately

Water & Drain Services
• $30.00 per day

Telephone Extensions
• $100.00 per day at existing outlets, long distance is unlimited. Trade show is $150 set-up fee, $25 for each additional hook-up.
Long distance restricted-credit card required.

Capital Fund Surcharge
• $1.00 per ticket, plus taxes on all tickets $20.00 or greater
• $0.50 per ticket, plus taxes on all tickets less than $20.00

Goods & Services Tax
• Seven percent (7%) of gross ticket receipts

SOCAN (Canadian Music Licensing)
• 2.5% of gross receipts after tickets

Parking Rates
• To be determined per show. 500 spots on site. $7.50 per spot.

Fax Service
• $1.00 per page

Photocopies
• $0.25 per page

Merchandise Sales
• Rates to be determined
