No ticket is required for early merch access. Quantities are limited and sizes move fast. Arrive early for the best selection.

Doors Open at 6:00 PM, Show at 7:00 PM

Arrive Early: Please arrive at the venue early to ensure you have enough time to go through the security process, including pat-down/security wanding and bag checks. Patrons may refuse inspection, and if so, arena management may refuse entry.
GA FLOOR PATRONS: Please proceed to GATE 1 to get your GA Floor wristband. All GA Floor ticket holders must wear wristbands.
Merch Available: Merch will be available to view and purchase at the main merch stand near Section 106.
Manhattan Point Restaurant will open at 5:00 pm (entrance on the North-West side of Prospera Place). For reservations, please call 250-979-0877.
Guest Services: The Guest Services desk is located on the main concourse near Gate 1. Guest Services can assist you with lost persons, seating issues, and general questions. A Guest Services staff member will be available from when the doors open until half an hour after the conclusion of an event.
Live sports, concerts, and events may include loud music and high noise levels. To ensure safety and hearing protection, we strongly advice all attendees to bring earplugs or earmuffs, particularly for children under the age of 5.

Reminder: Prospera Place has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.
Cashless: We are cashless (Effective January 2024). GSL managed venues and companies no longer accept cash payment. Debit, credit card, gift card, and mobile tap only.

2025 has been a big year for rock giants Three Days Grace with the release of their latest album Alienation, with #1 songs “Mayday” and “Apologies” along with sold out shows in Canada (co-headline with Volbeat) and the US (co-headline with Breaking Benjamin) and an upcoming sold out European tour (Badflower). Now, the band is announcing their 2026 Alienation tour, kicking off in Fort Wayne, Indiana in February, before hitting Canada and Europe and wrapping up the tour in November for the final show in Los Angeles, California. The US tour dates will receive support from I Prevail and The Funeral Portrait, Canada will see support from Finger Eleven and Royal Tusk on select dates, and Europe support acts announced shortly.

Random Line-Up/Lottery Draw Policy for Select Your Ticket On Sales

Upon arrival please wait to receive a numbered ticket. Tickets will be handed out starting 90 minutes prior to the on-sale time until 35 minutes prior to the on-sale time. Once you’ve received a numbered ticket, you are not required to remain on the premises; however you must be present 30 minutes prior to the on sale time for the random ticket draw. 30 minutes prior to the on-sale a number will be drawn and that person will become first in line with all those numbers after that lining up sequentially behind. Those that have a number that precedes the first number drawn will go to the end of the line. This process is to ensure consumer fairness.

Once you have your position in line please have your method of payment ready.

Prospera Place has dedicated accessible seating areas available for guests with disabilities. Accessible seating is located at various vantage points in the arena, depending on the type of event and seating configuration.
