The Canadian Country Music Awards are in Kelowna, British Columbia, for the first time ever! Get ready as we celebrate the best in country music.

Get ready Kelowna! Country music’s biggest night is coming in hot! The 2025 Canadian Country Music Awards (CCMAs presented by TD) will be held at Prospera Place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, starting at 5:00 pm.

For the first time ever, Kelowna is hosting Country Music Week (September 10–13), capped off with the Awards show at Prospera Place.

The night will feature an all-star roster of Canadian (and international-inspired) country talent, including:

Fan Red Carpet Country-Themed Photo Wall Activation:

We’re rolling out the red carpet for country music fans! Step into the spotlight and capture your CCMA moment! Our country-inspired photo wall is designed with rustic backdrops, western props, and big-night lighting so fans can strike a pose before the show. Whether you’re rocking your cowboy boots, hat, or denim jacket, this is the perfect chance to grab an Instagram-worthy memory with friends.

Open to all CCMA fans from 10am to 7:30pm
Staff will be on hand to help snap photos.

50/50 Draw by CCMA Foundation and The YMCA:

Feel the excitement of the show and the thrill of a chance to win! During the CCMAs, fans can participate in a 50/50 draw hosted by the CCMA Foundation in partnership with the YMCA.

Here’s how it works:

Tickets will be sold throughout Prospera Place leading up to and during the event.
One lucky winner takes home half of the jackpot.
The other half goes directly to support music education, community wellness programs, and youth initiatives through the CCMA Foundation and YMCA.

GA FLOOR PATRONS: Please proceed to GATE 1 at Prospera Place to have your GA Floor wristband put on. Wristbanding will be required for all GA Floor ticket holders. Wristbands will only be available at GATE 1 and no other entrances.
Reminder: Prospera Place has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during the draw, you will not be permitted to return. The building will be cleared between each draw.
Please Arrive Early! The show will start promptly at 5:00pm, please be seated before then.
Event Notice: Pyrotechnics, fog machines, and confetti are used during this event.
Do Not Bring Prohibited or Large Items: Please leave large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses at home if possible. View a full list of prohibited items HERE, including pocket knives, outside food and beverage, large cameras, and more. Patrons are subject to visual and/or pat-down search as well as a bag check.
Cashless: We are cashless (Effective January 2024). GSL managed venues and companies no longer accept cash payment. Debit, credit card, gift card, and mobile tap only.
Manhattan Point Restaurant will not be open to the general public during the CCMA Awards due to a private event. Concessions around the concourse will have food and beverage options for fans!
Event Parking at Prospera Place parking lot is extremely limited. A limited amount of parking stalls will be available at the event rate of $30.00 for the day. Other downtown parking information can be found at downtownkelowna.com/parking. Please carpool and find alternative transportation when available. Parking is first come first served, paying for parking ahead of time does not guarantee you a spot.
City Road Closures: Water Street – Sunset Drive to the Prospera Place parking lot access on Water St – 6am Friday the 12th – 6am Sunday the 14th.
Security Notice for Parents & Guardians: Help us keep your kids safe! No one intends to lose their child, but our security team is available to assist if this happens. Be proactive and prepared by taking a photo of your child before arriving at the venue, showing them exactly how they look that day (hairstyle, clothing, shoes). This will help us locate them quickly if needed.
Reminder: Live sports, concerts, and events may include loud music and high noise levels. To ensure safety and hearing protection, we strongly advise all attendees to bring earplugs or earmuffs, particularly for children under the age of 5. Guests are responsible for taking necessary precautions to prevent potential hearing discomfort or damage.

Random Line-Up/Lottery Draw Policy for Select Your Ticket On Sales

Upon arrival please wait to receive a numbered ticket. Tickets will be handed out starting 90 minutes prior to the on-sale time until 35 minutes prior to the on-sale time. Once you’ve received a numbered ticket, you are not required to remain on the premises; however you must be present 30 minutes prior to the on sale time for the random ticket draw. 30 minutes prior to the on-sale a number will be drawn and that person will become first in line with all those numbers after that lining up sequentially behind. Those that have a number that precedes the first number drawn will go to the end of the line. This process is to ensure consumer fairness.

Once you have your position in line please have your method of payment ready.

Prospera Place has dedicated accessible seating areas available for guests with disabilities. Accessible seating is located at various vantage points in the arena, depending on the type of event and seating configuration.
