Early Merchandise Available: Shop tour merchandise outside Gate 1 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm before the doors open. After doors open, merch will be available to view and purchase at the coffee shop near Section 103 and the main stand at Section 106 for all ticket holders.
More event info:
- Added Security, Arrive Early: Please arrive at the venue early to ensure you have enough time to go through the security process, including pat down or security wanding and bag checks. Patrons may refuse inspection, and if so, arena management may refuse entry.
- GA Floor Patrons: Please proceed to GATE 1 to get your GA Floor wristband. All GA Floor ticket holders must wear wristbands.
- Live sports, concerts, and events may include loud music and high noise levels. To ensure safety and hearing protection, we strongly advise all attendees to bring earplugs or earmuffs, particularly for children under the age of 5.
- Reminder: Prospera Place has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.
- Cashless: We are cashless (Effective January 2024). GSL managed venues and companies no longer accept cash payment. Debit, credit card, gift card, and mobile tap only.
- Manhattan Point Restaurant will open at 5:00 pm (entrance on the North-West side of Prospera Place). For reservations, please call 250-979-0877.
- Event Parking at Prospera Place parking lot is $20.00, for more information please click here. Other downtown parking information can be found at downtownkelowna.com/parking
- Guest Services: The Guest Services desk is located on the main concourse near Gate 1. Guest Services can assist you with lost persons, seating issues, and general questions. A Guest Services staff member will be available from when the doors open until half an hour after the conclusion of an event.

- Box Office Hours on Wednesday February 18th: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
- (closure time is approximate as the box office closes after the event begins)
- Mobile and Print-At-Home: Please make sure to download your tickets, and turn up the brightness on your phone for easier scanning. Your tickets will be in a separate email from info@selectyourtickets.com. If you need help please see our Ticket Tutorial page.
- Will Call: We advise all patrons to pick up tickets in advance. Photo I.D. is required. The Select Your Tickets box office is located near Gate #1 at Prospera Place. Box office hours are above.
