What do I need to show for entry into Prospera Place?
Upon arrival at Prospera Place, you will need to have your BC Vaccine Card available on your mobile device along with 1 piece of Government issued photo ID that matches the name on your Vaccine Card.
What if I am attending an event at Prospera Place but am not from British Columbia?
Anyone attending an event at Prospera Place from outside of British Columbia will need to provide their Proof of Vaccination provided by their local government.
Are there any exceptions to this Proof of Vaccination Program?
Children under the age of 12 are not required to show proof of vaccination to attend events at Prospera Place.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes, as of August 25, the Province of British Columbia has re-introduced a mask order for all patrons born in 2009 or earlier (12+). Unless actively engaged in a sports activity on the ice or field, patrons are required to always wear a mask while inside a GSL Facility unless they are seated and actively eating or drinking.
I purchased tickets for an event prior to the announcement of the Proof of Vaccination Program and can no longer attend. How can I receive a refund for my purchase?
Refund policies for concerts at Prospera Place are at the discretion of the show organizers and vary from event-to-event. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
I do not have a mobile phone – how else can I provide my Proof of Vaccination?

I only have my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine – can I still attend an event at Prospera Place?
By September 13th, you must be partially vaccinated to access events at Prospera Place. You’re considered partially vaccinated with 1 dose. By September 17th, you must be fully vaccinated to access events at Prospera Place. You’re fully vaccinated with 2 doses.
Are the staff working at Prospera Place also vaccinated?
GSL Group (GSL) will require all guests, employees, and event staff to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to entry to Prospera Place for all games, concerts and live events.

Parking spaces for patrons with mobility/accessibility impairments are located in Prospera Place lot on the west and south sides of the arena. The current parking charge for events and hockey games is $15.00 per vehicle.
Prospera Place has dedicated accessible seating areas available for guests with disabilities that require assistance. Accessible seating is located at various vantage points in the arena for both hockey games and events. One attendant ticket may be sold with each wheelchair ticket and a seat will be provided for the guest’s attendant/assistant. Guests can contact the Select Your Tickets box office at 250-762-5050 for information regarding the availability of wheelchair accessible seating. Please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation when purchasing your ticket.
The concession stands located throughout the arena concourse are at a height which allow for wheelchair access.
Entrances and Elevators:
All entrances at Prospera Place are accessible, however, the most convenient entrance for guests using a wheelchair is our drop off and pick up area on the west side of the building at Gate #1. Elevators are conveniently located just inside Gate #3, media suite entrance as well as the Manhattan Point entrance.
All washrooms in Prospera Place are wheelchair accessible. In addition, designated accessible washrooms are located on the concourse level at Section 102, 103,106,107, 113,114 top of 112 and 114 and in Manhattan Point Restaurant.
All public telephones in the concourse are wheelchair accessible.
There are 4 bank machine located on the ground level and 1 on the upper level outside Manhattan Point restaurant. All machines are wheelchair accessible.
If a patron has mobility issues, the Guest Services department will do our best to provide assistance to that guest from Guest Services to the patron’s seat.

Prospera Place offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can reach representatives during this time by calling 250-979-0888. The administrative offices are located on the west side of the arena at Gate #1 off of the arena parking lot.
Air Horne’s & Noisemakers:
Horns of any kind and other mechanically enhanced noisemakers are NOT permitted at Prospera Place at any time unless otherwise permitted by the artist or promoter.
Patrons of Prospera Place must be 19 years of age or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Eventium reserves the right to request identification from any patron looking 30 years of age or younger. Prospera Place reserves the right to eject anyone under the legal drinking age of 19 years who is observed to be consuming alcohol on the premises.
Prospera Place will not serve more than two (2) alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and we reserve the right to limit service to one (1) drink per patron. Prospera Place will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated. Patrons are not permitted to bring in outside alcoholic beverages of any kind into the arena and may be subject to eviction by doing so.
For Kelowna Rockets games, alcohol sales within the arena will conclude at the beginning of the third period. Individual concerts and events are determined on a show to show basis. Eventium has the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at anytime during an event.
Animals are not permitted in Prospera Place. Exceptions include guide, sign and signal dogs to persons with disabilities. If attending an event with a service animal, please notify the ticket agent at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required.
Announcements (Birthday & Anniversary’s):
We will be happy to announce Birthdays or Anniversaries at Kelowna Rockets Home Games. Requests must be placed at least forty eighty (48) hours prior to each game. Contact the Kelowna Rockets hockey club for assistance. 250-860-7825
Pucks, sticks and other objects will sometimes leave the ice surface and land in the seating area of Prospera Place. You are urged to be alert and to follow the play and the puck at all times.
Our medical staff is there to assist you in the event that you are hit, however, if you require immediate assistance, contact any staff member of Prospera Place and report the incident. Fans are welcome to keep pucks that are shot into the stands.
Baby Changing Stations:
Baby changing stations can be found in special family restrooms located near sec. 102 as well as the top of section 114.
For safety reasons, balloons of any kind are not permitted in Prospera Place.
Banners, Flags & Signs:
Banners, flags and signs are permitted at games and events provided:
• They do not interfere with the event or other Patrons enjoyment of the event
• Cover any advertising or building signage
• Carry obscene or distasteful messages
Signs larger than 24″ x 24″ must be able to roll up or fold. Signs cannot be affixed to any part of Prospera Place. Poles to display banners, flags or signs are not permitted.
Prospera Place reserves the right to remove any sign deemed to be inappropriate. Individual events have the right to revoke this policy without prior notification.
Bicycles are not permitted inside Prospera Place. Bicycle racks are located around the exterior of Prospera Place for your convenience.
Patrons are more than welcome to bring a pair of binoculars with them to Prospera Place to enhance their overall experience. Prospera Place does not rent binoculars.
Bottles & Containers:
Bottles (plastic or metal), cans and containers are not permitted inside Prospera Place.

Video, audio and recording devices (including professional cameras, tablets and/or iPads) are strictly prohibited in Prospera Place. Personal use cameras (SLR/removable lenses not permitted) are permitted provided that they are still cameras (no video) and no flash photography is permitted once the event and/or game has started. Prospera Place reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any cameras that it deems unacceptable
Cellular phones are permitted in Prospera Place, provided they do not interfere with other patron’s enjoyment of the event.
Children twenty four months and under do not require a ticket to MOST events at Prospera Place, provided that they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the entire event. Please note that for certain child-related events, children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket. Complaints regarding services provided to patrons during an event or hockey game should be directed to the Guest Services desk located at Gate #1 on the concourse level. The Guest Services department will use all reasonable efforts to resolve complaints. If an event has passed and patrons wish to provide feedback or have any questions/concerns they can submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prospera Place has a number of Eventium concessions located on the main concourse level offering a variety of food and beverage. Please note that the concession stands do not accept debit cards.

Standard door times are as follows:
Kelowna Rockets Games – doors are open one (1) hour prior to the start of the game.
Concerts & Events – doors are generally open one (1) hour prior to the start of the event. Please visit the event page for further information.
Prospera Place has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.
There are three (3) elevators in Prospera Place which allow patrons access to the restaurant level and luxury suite level.
Elevator #1, located on the southwest side of the building, is designated to provide access for Patrons who have suite tickets or for accredited media who have designated media passes.
Elevator #2, located on the north west side of the building, is designated for those Patrons with disabilities or who may need special assistance to access seating in Sections 104-106 and our wheelchair seating. It is also available to enter Manhattan Point Restaurant and suite level Patrons.
Elevator #3, on the northeast side of the building, is designated for Patrons who are attending events at the suite level..

Patrons entering Prospera Place are subject to visual and/or pat-down search as well as a bag check. Patrons may refuse inspection and if so, arena management may refuse entry.
Family seating is located in Section 112; this is also our alcohol free section.
Fan Code Of Conduct:
Fan courtesy is an important element of everyone’s enjoyment at any game or event. We ask that all Patrons adhere to Prospera Place’s Code of Conduct and Courtesy. We are committed to providing a family-oriented, enjoyable and safe experience for everyone visiting our facility.
In the event that your experience is being disrupted by others that are engaging in unacceptable behaviour including:
• Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
• Impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption
• Indecent messages on signs or clothing
• Smoking of any substance including e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers & cannabis
• Use of compressed gas air horns or other noisemakers
• Disruption of the game or event including throwing objects onto the ice or in the stands, or trespassing into restricted areas
• Fighting, taunting or making threatening remarks or gestures
• Giving alcohol to minors
• Any other conduct deemed by Prospera Place to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property
Please report it to the nearest Prospera Place staff member or use the ‘Text To Guest Services’ service (250-826-0843) and we will promptly rectify the situation. The above actions may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offences could result in the loss of ticket privileges.
You and your property may be subject to inspection upon entry to the facility and the following may cause you to be refused entry:
Impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption
Possession of alcohol, drugs or items deemed to be weapons
Abusive behaviour or language
Possession of inappropriately obtained tickets
Food items or beverages not purchased at the arena are not allowed into the facility.
Patrons should be alert and aware of hockey pucks and other objects that may enter the seating area. Risk of injury is greatly increased by those who are not aware of the play in progress. Season Ticket Holders are responsible for the actions of others who use their tickets. WHL rules prohibit Patrons from interfering with play in any way.
Whistle Policy – As a courtesy to fellow patrons during Kelowna Rockets games, we ask that you wait for a stoppage in play to return to your seats.
The First Aid Station is located in the main concourse near section 110/ 111. Emergency medical services attendants are available at all events at Prospera Place. If you are in need of medication attention, please notify a Prospera Place or ICM Medical staff immediately.
Patrons with food allergies or medical conditions which require them to bring specific types of food and/or beverage into Prospera Place should contact our Guest Services department at 250-979-0888 to inquire about exceptions to the outside food and beverage policy.
Food And Beverages:
Outside food and beverage of any kind is prohibited from entering Prospera Place. Concession stands located on the concourse level of the arena provide a variety of food and beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) items.
Prospera Place Guest Services desk is located in the main concourse level near Gate #1. Guest Services can assist you with lost persons, seating issues and general questions. The Guest Services desk is manned from door opening until one-half hour after the conclusion of an event. During the event you may use the ‘text to guest services’ service (250-826-0843) to ask you questions or notify the building staff of any possible issues.
For safety and security purposes, the wearing of shoes with wheels embedded in the soles is prohibited in Prospera Place.
Lost And Found:
Items found before, during or after an event should be taken to the Guest Services desk located at Gate #1. Lost and found items are kept for thirty (30) days and then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charity. To find out about lost items please call the administrative offices 250-979-0888.
Lost Or Stolen Tickets:
Please contact the Select Your Tickets Box Office at 250-762-5050 for information regarding lost or stolen tickets.
The parking lot at Prospera Place is run by Impark Parking. A rate of $15.00 is charged during concerts/events and $15.00 is charged during hockey games. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis, with no in-out privileges. You may access the parking lot from either Water St. or Cawston St. There are also a number of parking lots in the area surrounding Prospera Place.
Pay phones are located on the main concourse level of Prospera Place outside section 116.
Patrons of Prospera Place are prohibited from entering the arena with the following:
• Outside food or beverage
• Outside alcohol, illegal drugs
• Food or beverage containers (including coolers, cans, bottles, thermoses)
• Air horns or any air assisted noisemaker
• Laser pointers or pens
• Poles or sticks (including selfie-sticks)
• Weapons of any kind
• Spiked or studded jewelry or belts, Wallet chains
• Roller shoes, inline skates and skateboards
• Video or recording devices
• Any other items deemed unacceptable by Prospera Place staff or its designees. Patrons found in possession of a prohibited item will be asked to remove and dispose of the item. Patrons who refuse to comply will be subject to eviction.

Random Line-Up/Lottery Draw Policy:
Upon arrival please wait to receive a numbered ticket. Tickets will be handed out starting 90 minutes prior to the on-sale time until 35 minutes prior to the on-sale time.
Once you’ve received a numbered ticket, you are not required to remain on the premises; however you must be present 30 minutes prior to the on sale time for the random ticket draw.
30 minutes prior to the on-sale a number will be drawn and that person will become first in line with all those numbers after that lining up sequentially behind. Those that have a number that precedes the first number drawn will go to the end of the line. This process is to ensure consumer fairness.
Once you have your position in line please have your method of payment ready.
Purchasing online at www.selectyourtickets.com is the recommended method of purchase for this or any show at Prospera Place.
Exit and re-entry is not permitted at Prospera Place. Patrons with medical or other emergencies who wish to leave and return to the building should report to Guest Services Desk located at Gate #1 for further instructions.

Ticket scalpers are not recognized ticket agents of Prospera Place. If you purchase tickets from a scalper, intentionally or not, you risk being refused entry. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, Prospera Place strongly requests all Patrons to purchase their tickets from the Select Your Tickets Box Office. Patrons may not re-sell tickets at any price on arena property.
All Patrons are required to sit in the assigned seats as indicated on their valid event ticket. If you have an issue with your seat please inform any of our Guest Services staff to help rectify the situation.

Prospera Place is a smoke-free venue. Any guest found smoking inside Prospera Place will be evicted from the building. This includes the use of e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers & cannabis.
Strollers are permitted in Prospera Place. Fold up or collapsible strollers are preferred and must be checked in at the Guest Services desk upon entry.
